The CMS Group (“CMS”), a cutting edge BPO provider who’s process, call center and IT solutions produce an immediate and direct positive impact to our client’s top and bottom lines, is looking for Independent Sales Representatives seeking uncapped earning potential while contributing to the ongoing growth of CMS.

Add to your current product offering. Manage your own book of business. Work a schedule that suits your needs.

How good is your compensation?
As a CMS Group ISR you will earn generous, on-going commissions throughout the life of the customer contract. In addition, within 30 days of joining the CMS team you may be eligible to receive a $500 signing bonus.  You will also be entitled to receive a lump-sum fee upon the execution of each customer contract.  Finally, with most of our service offerrings, there is no cap on how long you can earn commissions.  Most companies do not pay commissions after one or two years (or less).  At CMS our sales executives earn commissions for as long as CMS is providing services to the client.
