Matt Walsh - President and CEO
As President & CEO of CMS Group, Matt's primary responsibilities are to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, identify synergetic business partners and establish and align growth objectives while ensuring superior client service. Matt is a CPA and has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and finance professional. Prior to his entrepreneurial career Matt served in multiple managerial capacities within Pepsi-Cola’s finance function and at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). At C&L Matt was as an audit manager servicing premium international telecommunication and retail companies. Currently Matt serves as a board member of an education resource provider serving the K-12, higher education and international markets. Matt holds a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
Keith Guillemain, CPA - Senior Vice President, Client Services - Cost Recovery & Reduction Services
As SVP, Client Services, Keith's primary responsibilities are to directly manage the servicing of our cost reduction and recovery clients, with a special emphasis on state unemployment tax service, The Found Money Program. Keith is a licensed CPA with a Masters Degree in Taxation and has almost 25 years experience in state unemployment taxes, federal and state income tax, financial reporting and business valuation services. Throughout his career, Keith has managed teams of professional staff in cost recovery and reduction engagements, financial statement audits, tax engagements, special services and business valuation.
Ted Carnevale, CPA - Partner-in-Charge, Business Consulting & Advisory Services
As our partner-in-charge of business consulting & advisory services, Ted oversees an extensive professionall staff of CPAs and accredited tax professionals that provide our clients with management advisory & consulting, business valuation & business litigation support and accounting, audit and tax advisory services. Ted is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with almost 40 years of experience in his field.
Chris Chinni - Senior Vice President, Mobile Funding Solutions
As SVP of mobile commerce solutions, Chris is responsible for the roll out and deployment of our new mobile commerce aplication, BuckwormTM. BuckwormTM was designed to provide schools and non-profits ("SNPs) with a seamlessly integrated ecosystem to help them increase funding and save on traditional administrative costs, all at NO COST to the SNP. BuckwormTM does this by leveraging the "everyday purchasing power" of a SNPs supporter base through enhanced engagement and higher acquisitions rates. Chris has over 20 years experience in the field of sales and commerce solutions, during which time he served in various c-level management positions for several national firms.
Brian Chinni - Senior Vice President, School and University Solutions
As SVP of school and university solutions, Brian oversees the creation and delivery of comprehensive solutions in support of school and university initiatives. These include alignment with our mobile commerce funding solution, BuckwormTM, in order to help schools & universities increase funding and reduce administrative fundraising and communication costs, and the delivery of best-in-class professional development programs. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the field of K-12 and higher education, as both administrator and adjunct professor, as well as co-founder of a prominent education consulting company, TMI Education.
